Follow signs to 'Immigration' after disembarking. The visa-on-arrival counters are clearly marked. No separate visa application booth — just join the regular immigration queue.

Present documents to the officer
Hand over your passport, return ticket (screenshot or printed), accommodation confirmation, and your IMUGA QR code. The officer will stamp your passport with a 30-day visa. No fee.
