Visa required — apply well in advance
You cannot get a visa on arrival in Norway. Apply at least 4–6 weeks before your trip. Processing times can be longer during peak travel seasons (summer, Christmas).

Apply for a visa online
Go to the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) portal and fill out the visa application form. Pay the fee online. You will receive a confirmation with an application reference number.

Attend a visa appointment
Book an appointment at the Norwegian embassy in Dhaka or the nearest VFS Global center. Bring your passport, printed application, photo, and supporting documents. Submit biometrics (fingerprints and photo).

Wait for processing

Collect your passport
