Bahraini passport holders can visit Turkey visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. This has been the case since 2023 and applies to tourism and short business trips. No visa application or fee is needed before you travel.

90-day limit is per 180-day period
The 90 days reset only after you've been outside Turkey for 90 consecutive days. Short trips in and out do not reset the clock.
Overstay penalties are real
Overstaying even by a few days triggers a fine and can lead to a re-entry ban. If you need more time, apply for a residence permit before your 90 days are up.

Arrive at Turkish immigration
At Istanbul Airport or any other entry point, join the 'Foreign Passports' queue. Have your passport and boarding pass ready.

Present your documents
Hand over your passport. The officer may ask for your return ticket and accommodation booking. Answer clearly — you're a tourist or on business.

Receive entry stamp
The officer stamps your passport with the entry date and the allowed stay (90 days). Check the stamp before walking away.

Collect luggage and exit
Proceed to baggage claim, then customs. No forms to fill or fees to pay.
