14-day limit is strict
The visa-free stay is exactly 14 days, not 14 business days. Overstay fines are $10 per day, and you'll get a stamp that may affect future travel. Set a reminder to leave on day 13 to be safe.
No arrival card needed
Cambodia does not require an arrival declaration for Bruneian passport holders. Just walk up to the immigration counter with your passport and boarding pass.

Arrive at immigration counter
At Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, or Sihanoukville airport, follow signs to 'Foreign Passports' or 'Visa on Arrival' (even though you're visa-free, you'll use the same queue).

Present your documents
Hand over your passport and boarding pass. The officer may ask for your return ticket and accommodation booking. Answer clearly and politely.

Get your entry stamp
The officer will stamp your passport with a 14-day visa-free entry. Check the stamp says '14 days' before you walk away. If it shows less, ask the officer to correct it.

Collect your luggage and exit
After immigration, pick up your bags from the carousel and proceed through customs. No arrival card is needed.
