Gather your documents

Submit your visa application
Go to the Belgian embassy in Abidjan (Cocody, near the French Embassy) in person. Submit your documents and pay the visa fee (€80 for adults, €40 for children 6–12). Processing takes about 15 calendar days.

Wait for processing
The embassy may call you for an interview. You can track your application status online or by phone. If approved, you'll get a visa sticker in your passport.

Arrive in Belgium
At Brussels Airport (BRU) or any other entry point, go to the 'All Passports' queue. Hand over your passport with the visa sticker. The officer may ask about your trip — have your return ticket and hotel address ready.
