Fill out the arrival form
On the plane or at the airport, grab a 'Tourist Visa on Arrival' form. Fill in your details — passport info, accommodation, and duration of stay.

Queue at the visa counter
At Tribhuvan International Airport, head to the 'Visa on Arrival' counters after baggage claim. There are separate queues for different visa durations (15, 30, or 90 days).

Pay the fee and get your visa
Hand over your form, passport, and photos. Pay the fee in cash (USD, EUR, or NPR). The officer will issue a sticker visa. Double-check the validity dates before walking away.

Proceed to immigration
Take your passport with the new visa to the immigration officer. They'll stamp you in. Keep the departure card they give you — you'll need it when you leave.
