Turkey entry requirements for China passport holders
Chinese passport holders need an eVisa to enter Turkey for tourism or business. The application is entirely online and typically approved within minutes. As of 2026, the eVisa allows a stay of up to 30 days within a 90-day period.

| eVisa application Apply online before travel | Apply for your Turkey eVisa at evisa.gov.tr. Approval comes via email within minutes in most cases.Apply for eVisa | Required |
| Valid passport Must be valid for your entire stay | Your Chinese passport needs at least 6 months of validity from your date of entry into Turkey. Airlines check this at check-in — if your passport expires sooner, you will be denied boarding. | Required |
| Return or onward ticket Proof of departure from Turkey | Immigration officers at Istanbul Airport routinely ask for a return or onward ticket. Have a printed or digital copy of your flight booking showing you leave Turkey within your eVisa validity period. | Required |
| Proof of accommodation Hotel booking or host invitation | Carry a hotel confirmation or a letter from your host in Turkey. Officers rarely ask for it, but having it ready avoids delays at the counter. | Recommended |
| Proof of funds Show you can cover your stay | Have a bank statement or credit card showing at least $50–$100 USD per day of your trip. Immigration may ask for it if you look underfunded or have no return ticket. | Recommended |
