After landing, follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival' or 'Immigration'. The counter is before passport control. Join the queue for visa on arrival.

Hand over your passport, completed arrival card (usually given on the plane), passport photo, and the visa fee in USD. The officer will process your visa and hand it back.

Pass through immigration
With your visa sticker in hand, proceed to the immigration counter. Show your passport, visa, and boarding pass. You may be asked about your accommodation and return ticket.

Collect luggage and exit
After immigration, collect your checked bags from the carousel, then walk through customs (green channel if nothing to declare). You're in Ethiopia.
