Arrive at immigration counter
After landing at Hosea Kutako International Airport (Windhoek) or another port of entry, follow signs to 'Immigration' or 'Visa on Arrival'. Join the queue for foreign passports.

Present your documents
Hand over your passport (with at least 6 months validity and one blank page), your return/onward ticket, and your accommodation confirmation. The officer may ask a few questions about your trip.

Receive your visa stamp
The officer will stamp a 90-day tourist visa into your passport free of charge. No payment is required. The process usually takes 2–5 minutes.

Proceed to baggage claim
Once stamped, collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Keep your passport accessible in case of a secondary check.
