Visa on arrival is the easiest option
Czech passport holders can get a 30-day tourist visa on arrival at Kigali airport or land borders for USD 30. No pre-approval needed. Just show up with your passport, return ticket, and hotel booking.

Arrive at Kigali International Airport
After landing, follow signs to the 'Visa on Arrival' counter before immigration. Queue here, fill out a short form (name, passport number, hotel address), and pay USD 30.

The officer will print a visa sticker, paste it into your passport, and stamp it. This takes about 5–10 minutes.

Proceed to immigration
Show your passport with the visa sticker to the immigration officer. They may ask for your return ticket or hotel booking. Answer briefly and you're through.
