Land at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport
Follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival' or 'Visas' after deplaning. The counter is before immigration. Join the queue, fill out a short application form (provided there), and hand over your passport, return ticket, and accommodation proof.

Pay the visa fee
Pay the fee in cash (USD, EUR, or GBP) at the counter. Keep the receipt. The officer will process your visa and stamp your passport.

Proceed to immigration
After getting the visa sticker, go to the immigration booth. Present your passport, visa, and any supporting documents if asked. They'll stamp you in — usually up to 30 days.
