Apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy in Cairo
Visit the Embassy of Japan in Cairo (or the consulate in Alexandria) with your completed application form, passport, photo, flight itinerary, hotel booking, and proof of funds. Submit during working hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM). Pay the visa fee (around 3,000 EGP for single entry, subject to change).

Go through immigration at the airport
