Prepare your documents

Submit your application at the Latvian embassy or consulate
Book an appointment at the Latvian embassy in Cairo (or the nearest Schengen embassy if Latvia doesn't have one in Egypt). Submit your application in person. You'll be fingerprinted (biometrics) if it's your first Schengen visa.
