No visa on arrival
Hong Kong passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival in DR Congo. You must have an approved eVisa before you fly. Airlines will check this at check-in.
Yellow fever vaccine required
You must show a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate (yellow card) on arrival. Without it, you may be denied entry or quarantined. Get the shot at least 10 days before travel.

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to the official DR Congo eVisa portal at visa.gouv.cd. Fill in your personal details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print your eVisa
Once approved, you'll get a PDF by email. Print a copy and save it on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and on arrival.

Arrive at N'djili Airport (FIH) in Kinshasa
Most flights from Hong Kong connect through Addis Ababa, Nairobi, or Doha. At Kinshasa airport, head to the immigration hall. Have your passport, eVisa printout, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation ready. The officer will stamp you in.

Collect your luggage and exit
After immigration, go to baggage claim, then customs. There's usually a quick bag check. Exit into the arrivals hall.
