Land at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM)
After deplaning, follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival'. You'll pass a row of self-service kiosks — use one to fill in your details and print a receipt. If the kiosks are down, grab a paper form from the counter.

Pay the visa fee
Take your printed receipt or paper form to the cashier counter. Pay in USD, EUR, or NPR. Keep the payment receipt.

Queue at immigration
Hand your passport, photos, and payment receipt to the immigration officer. They'll stick the visa in your passport and stamp you in. This queue can take 20–45 minutes depending on flight arrivals.

Collect luggage and exit
After immigration, head to baggage claim, then customs. You're free to go.
