Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory

Arrive at Kotoka International Airport (ACC)
After landing, follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival' or 'Immigration'. The counter is before passport control. Join the queue, fill out a short application form (they'll provide it), and hand over your passport, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation.

Pay the visa fee
At the counter, pay USD 150 in cash. They may accept Ghanaian cedis at the day's rate, but US dollars are preferred. Keep the receipt.

Receive your visa and proceed to passport control
The officer will stamp the visa into your passport. Then walk to the main passport control queue, show your passport with the new visa, and you're through. Collect your luggage and exit.
