Arrive at the border
Whether you fly into Ulaanbaatar's Chinggis Khaan International Airport or cross by land from Russia or China, go to the immigration counter. Have your passport and boarding pass (if flying) ready.

Hand over your passport. The officer may ask for your return ticket and accommodation details. Answer clearly. They'll stamp your passport with a 30-day visa-free entry.

Collect your luggage and exit
After immigration, pick up your bags from baggage claim (if flying), then walk through customs. There's usually no customs declaration form unless you're carrying large amounts of cash or restricted goods.
