Apply for your UK visa online
Go to gov.uk/apply-uk-visa, fill out the Standard Visitor visa application, and pay the £115 fee. You'll need to create an account and upload supporting documents.

Book and attend a biometric appointment
After submitting, book an appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre in Nairobi (Upper Hill area). Bring your passport, appointment confirmation, and payment receipt. They'll take your photo and fingerprints.

Submit supporting documents
Upload scanned copies of your passport, bank statements, flight booking, accommodation proof, and any other evidence. You can do this online before your appointment or bring paper copies to the centre.

Wait for a decision
Standard processing takes 3 weeks from your biometric appointment. You can track your application online. If approved, the visa vignette will be stuck into your passport.

Travel to the UK
At UK border control (e.g., Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester), present your passport with the visa vignette. An officer may ask about your trip — have your return ticket and accommodation details ready. The visa is usually valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
