Yellow fever vaccine required
You must have a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate (yellow card) to enter Togo. Without it, you may be denied entry or forced to get vaccinated at the airport.

Togo uses the West African CFA franc (XOF). Credit cards are accepted in major hotels in Lomé, but most places expect cash. Bring enough CFA or withdraw at the airport ATM.
