Cambodian passport holders need an eVisa to enter Armenia. The application is entirely online, and you'll receive your visa by email before you travel. As of 2026, this is the standard entry method for tourism and short visits.

eVisa is the only option
Cambodian passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival in Armenia. You must apply and receive your eVisa before you travel.
Passport validity counts from entry date
Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the day you land in Armenia, not from your departure date. Double-check before you apply.
What happens at the border

Apply for your eVisa online
Go to evisa.mfa.am, fill in your details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee (around $8–$15 depending on processing speed). You'll get the visa by email within 3–5 business days.

Print or save your eVisa
Once approved, print a copy and also save a PDF on your phone. You'll show it at check-in and at immigration in Yerevan.

Arrive at Zvartnots International Airport (Yerevan)
After landing, follow signs to 'Passport Control'. Have your passport, eVisa printout, and return ticket ready. The officer will stamp you in. The whole process usually takes 5–10 minutes.

Collect your luggage and exit
After passport control, head to baggage claim, then customs. There's nothing special to declare for personal items. Exit into the arrivals hall.

Cambodia passport holders transiting through Armenia do not need a transit visa if staying airside and not passing through immigration. However, if leaving the airport or staying overnight, a visa is required.
