No visa on arrival for Cambodian passports
You must have an approved e-visa before you fly. Airlines will deny boarding without it. There is no way to get a visa at the airport in Addis Ababa.

Apply for the e-visa online
Go to the official Ethiopian e-visa portal (evisa.gov.et). Fill in your details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee with a credit or debit card. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

Receive your e-visa by email
Once approved, you'll get a PDF. Print a copy and save it on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and upon arrival in Addis Ababa.

Arrive at Bole International Airport
At immigration, present your passport, printed e-visa, and return ticket. The officer will stamp you in. The whole process usually takes 10–20 minutes if you have all documents ready.
