Apply for eVisa online
Go to the official Papua New Guinea eVisa website (https://evisa.immigration.gov.pg). Fill in your personal details, passport info, travel dates, and upload a passport-style photo. Pay the fee (USD 50 for tourist eVisa) with a credit card. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print eVisa
You'll get an email with your approved eVisa. Print a copy and save a PDF on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and on arrival.

Arrive at Port Moresby (Jacksons International Airport)
After landing, head to immigration. Have your passport, printed eVisa, return ticket, and accommodation booking ready. The officer will stamp you in. The queue can be slow — expect 20–40 minutes.

Collect baggage and exit
After immigration, pick up your bags from the carousel. There's a customs check — declare any food, plants, or large amounts of cash. Then you're free to exit.
