Arrive at Kigali International Airport

Hand over your passport, arrival card, and return ticket (if asked). Pay the visa fee in cash — $30 USD or equivalent in Rwandan francs. The officer will process and stamp your passport.

Proceed to immigration and baggage claim
After getting the visa, walk to the immigration counters for entry stamping. Then collect your luggage. Total time: 15-30 minutes if queues are short.

Kuwait passport holders transiting through Kigali International Airport do not need a transit visa if staying airside and not passing through immigration. However, if you need to leave the airport or have a layover over 24 hours, you must obtain a visa on arrival or an e-Visa.
