Apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy in Vientiane
Go to the Embassy of Japan in Vientiane (Sisangvone Road, Ban That Khao, Vientiane). Submit your application form, passport, photo, flight itinerary, hotel booking, and bank statement. Pay the visa fee (around 3,000–5,000 JPY equivalent in LAK). Processing takes 5–10 business days.

Arrive at a Japanese airport
