Schedule an appointment at the Norwegian embassy in Beirut or the VFS Global center. Slots can fill up weeks ahead, so book early.

Submit your application in person
Go to your appointment with all documents. You'll be fingerprinted and pay the visa fee (€80 for adults, €40 for children). Processing takes 15–30 days.

Wait for processing
The embassy may call you for an interview or request additional documents. Track your application online if available.

Collect your passport
Once approved, collect your passport with the visa sticker. Check the validity dates and number of entries (single or multiple).
