After landing, follow signs to 'Immigration' or 'Arrivals'. You'll see a queue for visa on arrival — join that line. Have your passport, return ticket (screenshot), and cash ready.

Hand over your passport and return ticket. The officer will ask for the visa fee — pay in cash (Samoan tālā preferred). They'll process your visa and stamp your passport.

Collect your luggage and exit
After getting the stamp, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. The whole process usually takes 20–40 minutes depending on how many flights arrive at once.
