Apply for a visa online
Go to visawebapp.boca.gov.tw, create an account, and fill out the visa application form. You'll need to upload a passport-style photo, a copy of your passport data page, and your flight itinerary. Submit and pay the fee (around TWD 1,600, roughly USD 50). Processing usually takes 5–10 business days.

Wait for approval and print your visa
Once approved, you'll receive a visa certificate by email. Print it out and carry it with your passport. You'll need to show it at immigration when you arrive in Taiwan.

Arrive at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)
At the airport, follow signs to 'Foreign Nationals' immigration counters. Have your passport, printed visa, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation ready. The officer may ask a few questions about your trip — answer clearly. After stamping, you're free to enter.
