No visa on arrival — apply early
Ukraine does not offer visa on arrival for Madagascar passport holders. You must apply online at evisa.gov.ua at least 5 business days before your trip. Last-minute applications may not be processed in time.

Arrive at a Ukrainian airport or land border
At Kyiv Boryspil, Lviv, or Odesa airports, join the 'Foreign Passports' queue. Hand over your passport and e-Visa. The officer may ask for your return ticket and hotel address. Answer clearly. You'll get a stamp allowing up to 90 days stay.
