Apply for the eVisa online
Go to the official Botswana eVisa website (evisa.gov.bw). Fill in your personal details, upload a passport photo and a copy of your passport bio page. Pay the fee (around $30–$50 USD depending on processing time). Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print your eVisa
Once approved, you'll get an email with your eVisa PDF. Print a copy and also save it on your phone. The eVisa is valid for a single entry and allows a stay of up to 30 days.

Arrive at Botswana immigration
At the airport (usually Sir Seretse Khama International Airport in Gaborone or Maun Airport), go to the immigration counter. Hand over your passport, eVisa printout, and return ticket. The officer will stamp your passport. The whole process takes 5–10 minutes if your documents are ready.
