Apply for the eVisa online
Go to the official South Sudan eVisa website (no third-party sites). Fill in your personal and passport details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee with a credit card. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print your eVisa
Once approved, you'll get an email with your eVisa document. Print at least two copies — one to hand to immigration, one as backup. Also save a PDF on your phone.

Arrive at Juba International Airport (JUB)
At Juba, proceed to the immigration hall. Join the queue for 'eVisa' or 'Foreign Passports'. Hand over your passport, printed eVisa, and return ticket. The officer may ask a few questions (purpose of visit, where you're staying). Answer clearly. You'll get an entry stamp — check it before leaving the counter.
