Myanmar passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival at any Tajikistani border. You must have an approved eVisa before you fly. Apply at least a week ahead.

Arrive at Dushanbe International Airport
At immigration, hand over your passport and the printed or digital eVisa. They'll scan the QR code, stamp your passport, and you're in. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.

Register with OVIR (if staying more than 10 days)
If you're staying longer than 10 days, your hotel or host must register you with the local OVIR office within 3 days of arrival. If you're in a private apartment, you need to do it yourself — ask at the nearest OVIR office.
