No embassy in Mozambique — plan ahead
You must apply at the Cypriot embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, or another consulate that covers your region. Factor in travel time and costs for the appointment. Start the process at least 6 weeks before your trip.
Travel insurance is mandatory for the visa
You need a policy covering at least €30,000 in medical expenses. Print the certificate and keep a copy on your phone. Without it, your visa application will be rejected.

Apply at the Cypriot embassy or consulate
There is no Cypriot embassy in Mozambique. You'll need to apply at the nearest embassy that handles Cyprus visas — typically in Pretoria, South Africa, or via a consulate in another country. Contact the embassy first to confirm jurisdiction and book an appointment.

Submit your documents in person

Arrive in Cyprus and go through immigration
