Passport validity is strict
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day you enter Mongolia. If it expires sooner, your eVisa will be rejected. Renew your passport first.
No visa on arrival
Mozambican passport holders cannot get a visa at the airport. The eVisa must be approved before you travel. Don't book non-refundable flights until you have the approval.

Arrive at Chinggis Khaan International Airport
At immigration, present your passport, printed eVisa, and return ticket. They may ask for your hotel address. The queue moves quickly — expect 10–15 minutes.
