What happens at the border

1
Apply for the eVisa
Go to the official Guinea eVisa website. Fill in your personal and passport details, upload a passport-style photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee online (typically around $80–$100 USD). Processing takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive the eVisa by email.
2
Print or save the eVisa
Once approved, print a copy of the eVisa and also save it on your phone. You'll need to show it at the immigration counter at Conakry International Airport (CKY) or any land border.
3
Prepare your documents for arrival
Have your passport, eVisa printout, return ticket, and accommodation booking ready. At Conakry airport, join the 'Foreign Passports' queue. The officer will check your documents, stamp your passport, and you're in.
