Passport validity is strictly enforced

Keep a printed copy of your eVisa
Immigration officers at Ulaanbaatar airport will ask to see a physical printout of your eVisa. A digital copy on your phone is not always accepted. Print it before you leave.

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to evisa.mn and fill out the application. You'll need a digital passport photo, a scan of your passport bio page, and your flight details. Pay the fee online with a credit card.

Wait for approval
Processing usually takes 3–5 business days. Check your email and the eVisa portal for the status. Once approved, download the PDF and print a copy.

Arrive at Ulaanbaatar (Chinggis Khaan International Airport)
After landing, follow signs to immigration. Have your passport, printed eVisa, and return ticket ready. The officer will stamp you in. The whole process usually takes 10–15 minutes.
