Apply for your visa
Submit your visa application online via the Fiji Department of Immigration website or in person at a Fiji embassy. You'll need your passport scan, flight itinerary, accommodation proof, and a passport photo. Processing usually takes 5–15 working days.

Prepare your documents
Once your visa is approved, print the approval letter or save it on your phone. Also have your passport, return ticket, accommodation booking, and travel insurance ready. Keep screenshots of everything in a folder on your phone.

Arrive at Nadi or Suva airport
Most international flights land at Nadi International Airport (NAN). Go to the immigration counter, present your passport and visa approval. The officer may ask for your return ticket and accommodation details. Answer clearly and you'll be through in a few minutes.

Get your entry stamp
The immigration officer will stamp your passport with the entry date and the duration of stay (usually up to 30 days, unless your visa says otherwise). Check the stamp before leaving the counter.
