Philippine nationals generally need a Visitor in Transit visa to pass through UK border control (landside transit) or to change airports. However, airside transit (staying in the international transit area without passing through UK border control) may be visa-free under the 'Transit Without Visa' (TWOV) scheme if you have a valid visa for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, or a Schengen area country, and your onward flight departs the same day.
