Arrive at Bauerfield International Airport (VLI)
Most visitors fly into Port Vila. After landing, follow signs to 'Immigration' or 'Passport Control'. Queues are usually short — 10–20 minutes.

Present your passport and supporting documents
Hand over your passport (with blank page), return ticket (printed or on phone), and accommodation confirmation. The officer may ask your purpose of visit and intended length of stay.

Receive entry stamp
The officer stamps your passport with the date of entry and the number of days granted (up to 120). Check the stamp before leaving the counter — if the dates look wrong, ask immediately.

Collect luggage and exit
After immigration, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. There are no arrival forms or declarations for most tourists. You're free to go.
