Complete the eVisa application form on the official Libyan visa portal. Upload a digital passport photo and a copy of your passport data page. Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes a few business days.

Receive and save your eVisa
Once approved, you'll receive the eVisa by email. Print a paper copy and also save a PDF on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and on arrival.

Prepare your documents for departure
At the airport in Qatar, the airline will check your eVisa, passport validity, and return ticket. Have them ready in a folder or on your phone.

Arrive at Tripoli or Benghazi airport
After landing, proceed to immigration. Present your passport, eVisa, and return ticket. You may also be asked for your accommodation booking. The officer will stamp your passport.
