At N'djili Airport in Kinshasa or any land border (like Goma or Bukavu), go to the 'Foreign Passports' queue. Have your passport and return ticket ready.

Present documents to immigration officer
Hand over your passport and any requested documents. The officer will check your passport validity, blank page, and may ask for your return ticket and accommodation.

Receive entry stamp
If everything is in order, the officer stamps your passport with a visa-free entry. No fee is charged. The process usually takes 5–15 minutes.
