Gabon does not offer visa on arrival for Rwandan passport holders. You must apply and receive approval online before you fly. Without an approved eVisa, you will be denied boarding.
Yellow fever vaccine mandatory
You must show a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate at immigration. Get the shot at least 10 days before travel. Keep the yellow card with your passport.

Processing usually takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive an approval email with a PDF attachment. Print two copies — one for immigration, one as backup. Also save a screenshot on your phone.

Arrive at Libreville International Airport (LBV)
At immigration, present your passport, printed eVisa, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation. The officer will stamp you in. The whole process usually takes 10-20 minutes if you have all documents ready.
