Togo eVisa
Apply for a Togo eVisa at evisa.gouv.tg before you travel. The online form takes about 10 minutes — upload a passport photo and a copy of your passport bio page. Approval usually comes within 3 business days, and you'll receive a PDF by email. Print that PDF and carry it with your passport.Apply for eVisaRequired
Valid passport
Must be valid for the duration of your stay
Your passport needs to be valid for at least the length of your stay in Togo. Airlines check this at check-in — if your passport expires before you leave Togo, you'll be denied boarding.Required
Return or onward ticket
Proof of departure from Togo
Immigration officers at Lomé–Tokoin Airport routinely ask for a return or onward ticket. Have a printed copy or show it on your phone. A bus ticket to a neighboring country also works.Required
Proof of accommodation
Hotel booking or host invitation
Carry a printed hotel reservation or a letter of invitation from your host in Togo. Immigration may ask for it, especially if you arrive without a clear itinerary.Recommended
Proof of funds
Cash or bank statement
Have at least 200,000 CFA francs (about $330 USD) in cash or a bank statement showing sufficient funds. Immigration rarely checks this, but it helps if they ask.Recommended
eVisa is mandatory — no exceptions
Saudi passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival. You must have the eVisa approved before you fly. Airlines check this at check-in.
Yellow fever vaccine required
Togo requires proof of yellow fever vaccination. Get the shot at least 10 days before travel and carry your International Certificate of Vaccination (yellow card).
