Entry requirements

RequirementDetailsStatus
Pakistan eVisa application
Apply online before travel
Apply for a Pakistan eVisa at visa.nadra.gov.pk at least 7–10 days before departure. The eVisa is valid for 90 days from issue, single or multiple entry depending on the type selected. Print the eVisa approval letter and carry it with your passport — immigration at Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi will ask to see it.Apply for eVisaRequired
Valid passport
Must cover entire stay
Your Turkish passport must be valid for at least the full duration of your stay in Pakistan. Pakistan does not enforce the 6-month rule for Turkish nationals, but airlines may check for 6 months validity — if your passport expires sooner, carry proof of onward travel.Required
Return or onward ticket
Outbound flight required
Immigration officers at Pakistani airports routinely ask for a confirmed return or onward ticket. If you are arriving overland or have an open-ended itinerary, book a refundable onward ticket before you fly.Required
Proof of accommodation
Hotel booking or host letter
Have a hotel reservation or a letter from your host in Pakistan ready. Immigration may ask for it, especially if you are a solo traveller or arriving on a first-time visit.Recommended
Proof of funds
Show you can cover your stay
Carry a bank statement or credit card showing access to at least $500 USD equivalent. Immigration rarely asks for it, but budget airlines flying into Pakistan may request proof before boarding.Recommended
Apply early — no walk-in visas
There is no visa on arrival for Turkish passport holders. You must get approval online before you fly. Processing can take up to a week, so don't leave it to the last minute.
Keep digital copies of everything
Save your visa approval, flight tickets, and hotel booking as PDFs or screenshots on your phone. Also email them to yourself — if your phone dies or gets lost, you can still access them.
