Apply for a visa at the embassy
Contact the Cypriot embassy or consulate in your country (or the nearest one if none in Uganda). Submit the visa application form, your passport, passport photos, flight itinerary, accommodation proof, and any other documents they request. Processing takes 2–4 weeks, so apply well in advance.

Prepare your documents for travel
Once your visa is approved, print a copy of the visa approval letter (if issued separately) and keep it with your passport. Also save digital copies of your flight booking, hotel confirmation, and insurance on your phone.

Arrive at Larnaca or Paphos airport
