Fiji entry requirements for Uganda passport holders
Ugandan passport holders can travel to Fiji without a visa for stays up to 120 days. This policy is in effect for 2026. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date and you have a return or onward ticket.
Entry requirements
| Requirement | Details | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Valid passport Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay | Your passport needs at least 6 months of validity from your departure date from Fiji. Airlines check this at check-in — if your passport expires sooner, you will be denied boarding. | Required |
| Return or onward ticket Proof of departure from Fiji | Immigration officers routinely ask for a confirmed onward or return ticket. A flight booking out of Fiji within 120 days of arrival satisfies this. Without one, you risk being refused entry. | Recommended |
| Proof of accommodation Hotel booking or invitation letter | Have a hotel reservation or a letter from your host in Fiji ready. Officers may ask where you are staying, especially if you arrive without a clear itinerary. | Recommended |
| Proof of funds Sufficient money for your stay | Carry evidence of at least FJD 500 (around USD 220) per week of your stay. A bank statement or credit card with available limit works. Officers rarely ask, but better to have it. | Recommended |
