eVisa is the only option
Ugandan passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival in Kyrgyzstan. You must apply and receive approval online before you travel. No exceptions.
Passport validity counts from entry date
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive in Kyrgyzstan, not from when you apply for the eVisa. If it expires sooner, renew it first.

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to https://evisa.e-gov.kg/ and fill out the application. You'll need your passport details, a digital photo, and your travel dates. Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days, but apply at least a week before your flight.

Wait for approval and print confirmation
Once approved, you'll receive an email with your eVisa. Print a copy and also save the PDF on your phone. Keep it with your passport.

Prepare your documents for travel
Before heading to the airport, gather: passport (6+ months validity), eVisa printout, return ticket, and first night accommodation confirmation. Screenshot everything on your phone as backup.

Arrive at Manas International Airport (Bishkek)
