Arrive at Belize airport or land border
You'll enter at Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City, or at a land border from Mexico or Guatemala. At the airport, follow signs to Immigration after baggage claim.

Present your documents to the immigration officer
Hand over your passport, completed arrival form (given on the plane or at the border), and return ticket if asked. The officer will stamp your passport with up to 180 days.

Pay the departure tax (if not included in your ticket)
Most airline tickets include the departure tax. If not, you'll pay about $40 USD (cash or card) at the airport before security. Keep small bills handy.
