Somaliland is separate

Apply for eVisa online
Go to the official Somali eVisa portal (if available) or use a trusted visa service. Fill in your personal details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee with a credit card. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Receive and print eVisa
Once approved, you'll get a PDF by email. Print a paper copy and also save it on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and on arrival.

Arrive at Mogadishu or Hargeisa airport
Most flights arrive at Aden Adde International Airport (MGQ) in Mogadishu or Egal International Airport (HGA) in Hargeisa. Go to the immigration counter, present your passport, printed eVisa, and return ticket. They'll stamp you in — typically for up to 30 days.

Collect luggage and exit
After immigration, pick up your bags from the carousel. There's usually a customs check — declare anything valuable. Then you're free to leave the terminal.
