Fly into Nice or Monaco
Most flights land at Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) in France, then you take a bus or train to Monaco (30 minutes). At immigration, show your passport with the French visa, your return ticket, and accommodation proof. They rarely ask for more, but have everything ready.
