Arrive at Hamad International Airport (DOH)
Most flights land at Hamad International in Doha. Follow the signs for 'Arrivals' and then 'Passport Control'. There are separate queues for GCC nationals and other nationalities – join the one for 'All Passports' or 'Foreigners'.

Go through passport control
Hand over your passport and any requested documents. The officer will check your details, take your fingerprints and a photo, then stamp your passport with a 30-day visa waiver. This is usually quick – 5 to 10 minutes.

Collect your luggage and exit
After passport control, head to the baggage claim carousels, collect your bags, and proceed through customs. There's usually nothing to declare unless you have restricted items. Then you're free to enter Qatar.
